Sarah Burton, the creative director of Alexander McQueen, has been given an honor by Queen Elizabeth for her role in creating the Duchess of Cambridge’s wedding gown. The designer will receive an OBE, or Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, for her services to the fashion industry as part of the Queen’s annual Birthday Honors List. For more
