The Grove threw a 10th birthday party for itself and 250 staff members Wednesday at a park within the Los Angeles outdoor shopping center. To mark the occasion, the Inner City Mass Choir belted out ‘Happy Birthday,’ and Rick Caruso, founder and chief executive officer of The Grove’s owner Caruso Affiliated, gifted nine security, housekeeping and parking employees who have worked at The Grove since its 2002 opening with Cartier watches.
